General Apartment Conditions
- The interior of the apartment is strictly non smoking. Smoking may be conducted on the front terrace only.
- To respect the communal elements of the development.
- Within the complex it is forbidden to conduct any industrial activities and in general any, noisy, bothersome, unsanitary or dangerous activities.
Expressly forbidden are the use of radio, television, record players, loud speakers or similar devices in the exterior of the property or, in the interior of the property with a volume that bothers the neighbours and third parties in general, especially from midnight onwards when the volume should be turned down to a minimum. In addition, in the apartment, the use of wooden shoes or other objects which due to their special and continuous noise could cause a nuisance.
- There is no use on the streets or paths of vehicles with open exhausts or for speed competitions that may be dangerous or bothersome for the other residents.
- Only foldable clotheslines which are hidden from view are utilised and no clothes, carpets, bed linen or similar to be hung from the walls or railings.
- Communal areas, eg swimming pool and gardens, may not be used for picnics or any use other than their intended use. No glasses or glass objects to be brought pool side to maintain the safety of the general community.
- Children are not permitted to play in entrance ways, doorways, hallways and stairways of the buildings.
- There are to be no barbeques or similar open fires in the exterior of the property.
- Dogs must always be kept on a lead and the owners are obliged to clean up after them.
- Not to conduct repairs to vehicles in the communal areas, with the exception of small repairs, or to park vehicles, including boats, trailers or other mobile objects in general parking spaces for more than seven days.
Your co-operation with the above will ensure the general health, safety, security and well being of the general community as well as contributing to the enjoyment of your stay.
